TERMS & CONDITIONS

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have read the return & shipping policy page.
  2. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
  3. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
  4. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
  5. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
  6. I understand that Yo Soy AfroLatina is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order.
  • Shipping times reflect after the order has been fulfilled and picked up by the mail carrier. 

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a FULL refund.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition; merchandise cannot be worn, stained and/or damaged.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless approved by our customer service rep.
  • We must receive the merchandise prior to receiving your refund, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.
  • All items that are labeled as "Limited Edition" in their description are non-refundable.
